The Journal reviews around fifty books an issue. Here is how to send a book for review and how to become a reviewer.
Sending a book for review
Publishers and authors may mail review copies of recently published books to the address below. Whether a book is reviewed is at the sole discretion of the book review editor.

Becoming a reviewer
The Journal does not accept unsolicited reviews. If you would like to be considered as a reviewer, write to the book review editor at EditorsJMH@vmi.edu with your areas of expertise and a short CV.
Published reviews
Every review since 2006 has its own page on this site, listed on the issue it appeared in and on the reviewer's own page. Reviewers, and the authors and publishers of reviewed books, are entitled to a free electronic copy of the published review.
